I love reading travel articles, even when I’m not traveling. Traveling has a unique role in my life, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that way. I recently came across an online article in the New York Times Travel section entitled “Why We Travel.” It showcases people’s travel photos from around the world along with the background story of where, when, why, and how the photo was taken. The photos are beautiful, colorful, and insightful, and definitely worth taking a look at. Some of the stories accompanying the photos are inspiring, others are sweet and nostalgic.
